Our audiences were appreciative of the introductions and notes on "The Tales of the Princess Kaguya" given by Writer and Lecturer James Clarke, and on "The Spirit of the Beehive" by Sydney Bayley. Thanks to you both.

These important additions to our programme are what make the Festival!  

We are now looking forward to meeting our old friends Film Producers Richard Johns and Film Critic Nigel Floyd and Writer James Clarke together with a welcome new speaker Rob Warner who will be making introductions and offering information during the upcoming weekend at Dedham and East Bergholt .

FESTIVAL OPENED BY FILM AND TV DIRECTOR GERRY POULSON
