This compelling and moving short film was made and directed by Mat Kirkby and stars Sally Hawkins and Jim Broadbent. "The Phone Call" won the Best Short Film at this years Oscars.
This short will be shown prior to "Frank" and at other screenings and venues throughout the festival.
